• Family Friendly - Easy Living! Somerset was our home away from home for 14 months and we have taken away many fond memories and experiences from our stay. Upon arriving at Somerset, tired after a long flight, I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly faces that greeted us and the hassle free check-in that was both quick and efficient. More

  The accommodation was clean and well supplied with everything we needed to live in Kuala Lumpur comfortably. The daily cleaning service was also something that I was defiantly not used to or expecting but very much appreciated. The facilities that Somerset has to offer are fantastic; from using the gym for a quick work out to splashing around with the children in the pool. The convenience of having such facilities in the serviced residence certainly made life easier. The children's playground situated next to the breakfast area was perfect; I could easily let our children have fun while I finish my meal. 
  
  The staffs at Somerset were amazing. From the staff at the front desk and security, to the kitchen staff and house keeping, everyone was always friendly and eager to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. The front desk staffs were also happy to answer any questions I had about Kuala Lumpur, from how to get to Petaling Street to recommending a good hairdresser. Somerset was also a very child friendly place and the staffs would take the time to play and chat with them.
  
  Somerset also organised regular day excursions for the guests. It was a wonderful way to meet other guests who you would most likely see every morning during breakfast as well as get to know the staffs. What a great way to network and make friends.  Located just a few minutes walk away from restaurants, shops, nightlife bars and clubs; it really was a great place to stay. Our overall experience of Somerset was excellent!

  The beds are super comfortable and the design of the apartment is very lovely. The bathrooms were immaculate and the baby cot provided was probably one of the best I have used as compared to other hotels. The serviced residence is a walking distance to the shops but yet located in a quiet street where not much traffic noise is heard at night.
  
  Somerset Seri Bukit Ceylon is definitely the one that I would recommend to any families travelling to Kuala Lumpur. I will also like to thank the staff for making quick arrangements for early check-in to accommodate our needs to settle our baby. This was very much appreciated as travelling with a baby is quite difficult and being able to check-in early made our day.
