  • Reservation is valid until 1500 hours unless guaranteed by credit card
     

Guarantee Amount

  • 1 night's rental fee for reservation of < 7 nights
  • 2 nights' rental fee for reservation of 7 to 29 nights
  • 3 nights' rental fee for reservation of > 30 nights

Long Stay Rental Deposit

  • 1 month deposit for stays of 2 to 6 months
  • 2 months deposit for stays of more than 6 months
